- To record and monitor client request, and escalate to relevant Team Leads
- To perform data extraction for general enquiry
- To assist in day-to-day IT application support and operations internally
- To troubleshoot application and networking problems
- To provide technical and application maintenance support for end users
- To perform recovery of IT equipment or system failures
- Provide support for IT Manager and be involved in IT improvement initiatives & meetings
- Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Analytical with good communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Must display initiative and responsibility towards his/her tasks
- Comfortable communicating with foreign clients and team members
- Familiar with and experienced in supporting Microsoft environment.
- Java programming skills would be advantageous.
