Junior IT Executive

Responsibilities:

• Perform/manage changes to server/ environment.
• Manage virus protection procedures on server.
• Ensure smooth and efficient IT operations.
• Develope and enhance existing programs.
• Identifies, researches and resolves technical problems.
• Ensure timely accurate delivery of IT updates and services.
• Network administration and ERP system support.
• Ability to do trouble-shooting and error correction with minimum supervision.
• Provide system support to users whenever they encounter problems in application during their daily system operation.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Experienced in X-Retail IT hardware, software, applications system support and setting up network will be an added advantage.
• Good Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server 2008 and Microsoft Office.
• Multi-tasking and able to prioritize assignments in hand.
• Good Interpersonal and communication skill.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English
